This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. One Confetti Club envelope is sent during the selected birthday month.
At The Letter House, each piece of mail is thoughtfully created, packed with care, and made just for you. Because of the personalized and time-sensitive nature of our subscriptions, all subscription purchases are non-refundable once an order has been processed.
We truly want every mailbox moment to feel special.If you are unhappy with your order or experience any issues, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your mail. We’ll do our best to make it right and ensure you’re happy with your Letter House experience.
You can contact us with your name, order number, and a brief description of the issue.
To ensure delivery during the intended month, club orders must be placed by the 17th of each month.
Orders placed after the 17th will be sent out the following month.
All Confetti Club mail is shipped via standard USPS. Delivery times may vary, but most envelopes arrive within 3–7 business days once mailed.
Please double-check your mailing address at checkout. Because each envelope is prepared and mailed on a monthly schedule, we’re unable to reship orders due to incorrect addresses or postal delays.
