We use the birth year to sort recipients into the correct letter group for their age. The birthday information is used to place the recipient in the correct Mindful Mail age group behind the scenes. This helps ensure they receive the most appropriate letters and content for their developmental stage. Birthday details are used for sorting purposes only.
