Mindful Mail is a monthly letter subscription from The Letter House designed to support emotional growth, creativity, and self-awareness.
Each month, a thoughtfully packed envelope arrives with a friendly letter and a small mix of paper-based activities that encourage reflection, creativity, and calm.
Mindful Mail is created for ages 2–14+ and is sorted by age, so the content naturally grows with the recipient.
What’s inside each envelope?
Every Mindful Mail delivery includes:
A friendly letter introducing the month’s theme
4–5 paper-based extras, such as coloring pages, prompt cards, stickers, or simple creative activities
Items designed to be used, saved, or added to journals and memory boxes
The activities are open-ended, allowing each child or family to use them in a way that fits their age and routine.

We use the birth year to sort recipients into the correct letter group for their age. The birthday information is used to place the recipient in the correct Mindful Mail age group behind the scenes.
